Couch to Yoga: Yoga for Regular People
This 60-minute class is intended for beginners, but all levels are welcome. We will shake off the rust and get the body gently moving, as well as learning some basic breathing and mindfulness techniques. Bring a mat if you have one, wear clothes that you can move comfortably in, and be prepared to take off your shoes (socks ok). Water is available at the studio if you need it, but please bring a refillable water bottle. I have a limited number of mats, blocks, and straps available to borrow. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and get set up.
